How many jars does an office our size need?
As a rough guide, one 20 litre jar covers about 25 to 30 person-days of drinking water in an air-conditioned office. Tell us your headcount and we'll suggest a starting volume, then adjust after the first month once we see the real usage.
What if we run out before the next delivery?
Message us by 5pm and a top-up reaches you the same day, usually within five hours. Later than that and it goes out first thing next morning. There's no extra charge for the additional visit.
Can different floors take different brands?
Yes. We can split a single delivery across brands and drop to different floors or departments on the same visit.
Do you supply the water cooler as well?
Yes, to buy outright or to rent monthly. Taking both from one supplier means a single number to call when a dispenser needs attention.
Is the water FSSAI licensed?
Yes. We operate under FSSAI licence number 21426850000116, and we are the authorised Patanjali Divya-Jal C&F for Madhya Pradesh.
