The dispenser goes in and the first jars come with it. For banks and corporate offices there is nothing to pay on the day, and nothing to approve.
Water arrives on schedule
Pick a fixed weekly day for jar delivery. Empties are collected each visit, and a top-up ordered by 5pm reaches you the same day.

Is the dispenser really free?
Yes, for banks and corporate offices. There is no onboarding charge and nothing to pay for the unit on installation day. The first three months are free outright, and beyond that it stays free for as long as you keep taking water from us. You pay only for the jars.
What if we stop ordering water?
Then a rental would apply on the unit, agreed with you first — or we simply collect it, whichever suits you. There is no lock-in and nothing to pay to walk away.
Does it give hot and cold water?
Yes. Three dedicated taps for hot, cold and room temperature, with a smart glass push-pull mechanism so you don't have to hold the tap. Heating runs at 5 litres per hour and cooling at 3 litres per hour.
Is it safe around children?
The hot water tap has a built-in child safety lock to prevent accidental use, which matters in housing societies and family homes.
What if it stops working?
Every unit carries a one-year on-site warranty with dedicated customer support, including help over a video call for anything that can be sorted quickly.
Can a home or a small shop get a dispenser?
Yes, on monthly rental or as an outright purchase. The three-month free arrangement is for banks and corporate offices.
Do I have to buy water from you as well?
The dispenser is offered alongside our water supply, so yes, it goes together with a jar delivery arrangement. Taking both from one supplier means a single number to call if anything needs attention.
Which water does it take?
Standard 20 litre jars, so you can run Patanjali Divya-Jal, Bisleri, Bailley, or our own mineral and RO water on the same unit, and switch whenever you like.
