Can I order just one jar?
Yes. There is no minimum order. One jar to a flat costs the same per jar as a bulk order to an office.
Do I have to commit to a weekly order?
No. Order whenever you need one. If you'd rather not think about it, we can set a fixed weekly slot instead — and you can pause or cancel it any time.
How do I pay?
Cash, UPI, Google Pay or debit card on delivery. For standing weekly orders we can settle monthly instead.
What happens to the empty jars?
We collect them on your next delivery. You keep one jar in circulation, so nothing accumulates at home.
Is the water safe?
Every jar arrives sealed and unopened. We operate under FSSAI licence number 21426850000116, and the branded jars come sealed from Patanjali, Bisleri and Bailley.
How fast is delivery?
Order by 5pm and it reaches you the same day, usually within five hours. Order after 5pm and it goes out first thing the next morning.
